Recipe for left over pork tenderloin?
I made a massive pork tenderloin for dinner last night and have about 1/2 of it left (1.5-2lbs). Any one have a recipe for using left over pork?
I am using teh Google as well.

You can shred it and top it with BBQ sauce. Quesadillas are easy. Stir fry.
