Fitness games for Wii Fit

Has anyone tried any of the fitness games for the Wii Fit? I have the Wii Fit Plus but I have seen several such as Biggest Loser, Gold's Gym, Jillian Michaels, etc. and was wondering if any of them are worth the money. I need to change up my routine a little!

Re: Fitness games for Wii Fit

  • I have not tried them, but I'm also curious to see if others have. I got so bored with my wii fit exercises and now my wii is all condescending with me telling me things like "long time no see."

  • LOL I know I hate those snide remarks....sometimes I just have other things to do!

  • I have the Wii Fit but haven't used it in forever. Is the Wii Fit Plust much better?

  • I just bought the Plus and have only used it once so far, but it has new exercises and something really nice is that you can choose your exercises beforehand in a list and then once you start, it just goes from one to the next without the break in between.

I haven't used this feature yet, but it says you can challenge someone else in an activity.

I'm hoping it was worth the $19.99, but I have to use it more to know for sure.

  • We don't have the Fit or Fit Plus but we got the Sport for a family gift for Christmas. We have been using it quite a bit. I did 50 minutes on it today, 25 of tennis and 25 of bowling. Total calorie burn of 189 calories! :) It really is quite a workout. :)
  • I recently bought the Wii Fit + and I love it!! I like that fact that you can actually do a routine and choose how long you want to exercise for. I also like that it lets you decide what you want to work out like your arms, legs, etc. I also have the Julian Michaels bootcamp game and it works you pretty good. There are exercises on there that make you wonder is this really going to give me a workout?? But in the end you are beat up!! The only thing I don't like about it is that there are very few exercises and you get tired of them. At least with the Wii Fit + there are several and they include games so it keeps you interested.
