That adoption site is evil. I'm picking out Bacon's siblings.
Re: GBCK
It is.
I started to look today and realised I was going to cry (again)...damn hormones.
It's incredibly sad and wonderful. (I periodically check on a sibling group that is *still* available. I want to sweep them up and take them home w/ me. Except that they're still available because of health problems that mean no pets [yes, we'd figure it out if a kid we had couldn't be around pets but it's different choosing kids who can't be around 'em]. I want those 3 kids to have a nice faily.)
And makes me want to do the adoption thing (which, is, of course, still on the table for us. But, one situation at a time.)
Is it like Petfinder for children?
that's actually EXACTLY how I described it.
These are kids who are 'in the system' and available for adoption because their biological parents have no more rights to them. So, yeah, adoptable kids.

Maybe. It's the listings of all kids in the US who are available for adoption. There are a lot of sibling groups, and a lot of jacked-up names, but these kids all look so sweet and I just want to hug them and play with them and make everything all right.
I'm all teary now. I have to go hug my baby.
