ladies, help me find a restaurant
My cousin is getting married in Feb and we want to surprise his fiancee (whom we are close to) by taking her out to a "welcome to the family" lunch/shower at a nice restaurant. It's only 10 of us, but we want to make reservations in advance, preferable sometime late Jan early Feb (their wedding is the last weekend of feb.)
I was looking at Perricone's, and the private menu for lunch would come out to about $25 p/person (including tip and tax). Since it's so small, and we alre all so close, we have no qualms asking each person to pay for themselves. I normally don't like doing this, but I figured $25 is pretty much what you would pay at any restuarant for lunch (it includes app, entree, dessert and soda/water/cofffee.)
Other than perricone's, is there any other restaurant in So,Miami, Coral Gables, Downtown or the beach you'd recommend- keeping in that $25 p/person price range? Somehwere bridal-showery like Perricone's?

La Palma on Coral Gables has a wonderful brunch if that is something you are intersted in. It's really good.
Besides that, I think that you can go with any restaurant as it's a small group, it depends on what type of food you would like.
I don't know what the price is, but my sil and sil's sis have had their baby showers at Bruschetta, which is in Doral. Its super yummy and really nice. I really don't think it goes over 25/per person.
