Lurker with a question
Hi Ladies:
I'm a Long Island resident, but since that board is usually pretty dead, I tend to lurk over here! I have a quick question.
Can anyone recommend an accountant/financial advisor in the Queens or Nassau area? My DH and I want to speak to someone about whether we should file our taxes jointly or separately. Additionally, we want to see if it would be a good idea for my self-employed DH to set up a PC or LLC.
Any recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi!
I can't help you with a recommendation - my FIL is my financial advisor and while I would highly recommend him, he lives upstate NY. But I think it depends on how big your DH's self-employed business is. I'm self-employed and DH & I file jointly. I haven't set up a PC or LLC either.
I know that's not much help, but good luck!
