So I did the Sigg bottle return thing. A billion months ago. Never heard a darn thing, and I was getting pissed. I decided to just call it a loss, and bought new KK bottles*.
Yesterday, what is on my doorstep? 2 brand new Sigg bottles. 1 to replace the one I sent in, and an additional free one to apologize for the fact that supposedly the whole program was going to be wrapped up by Dec. 15th, but OOPS its Jan now and we never even freaking emailed you to let you know whats up.
Guess I know what my little Sis is getting for her b-day this year.
*Side comment: KK's are way more awesome than Siggs and I will never give them my business again.

My friend had the same thing happen - she sent in their bottles when the whole thing started and just got theirs last week (they had 5). She talked to someone who said they normally have like 2 people in the returns dept so they had to outsource the whole thing.
I also switched to Klean Kanteens and love them. Their new insulated bottles rock! Plus you can put them in the dishwasher.
Oh duh, I just realized the brand I was thinking of was Laken...not even a K! But the model is kukiijaefdkladfj or something like that.
