Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

The rollerball on my Blackberry Pearl will no longer scroll to the right, which is annoying because now the cursor is stuck on the far left side of my app menu, and I use practically every app on it! I work in a shopping mall that has an AT&T kiosk, and had talked to them about it. They couldn't help, gave me numbers to call. BB Tech support wants your credit card # before they'll even connect you to a rep! I'm not comfortable with that, but I'm still going to try AT&T tech support later when I'm off work. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a self-fix, or am I just screwed? I didn't purchase an insurance plan when I got it, stupid me.
