Did you go off of all of your meds? Would you consider taking a category B or C drug while preggo?

I went on Zoloft. It's a category B, but the OB said there is enough anecdotal information for him to almost feel it should be a category A. It's safe during pregnancy, and it isn't expressed into breastmilk so I should not have any issues breastfeeding.
The anxiety got so bad I was losing weight so I need to be on something. I can't do pregnancy hormones with my normal crazy. And right now, having lost my job, I really need the medication.
