JESUS CHRIST if i don't vent about this coworker, i am going to scream at her.
i trained insufferable coworker again today, on something fairly simple, but there are many steps.
i also gave her a hardcopy printout of the detailed instructions we're supposed to follow. i told her she didn't need to take ridiculously detailed notes because:
a. the process is right there in print, and i highlighted the mandatory steps,
and
b. it's not difficult once you're doing it.
i want to take her detailed notes in her black marble notebook and smash her in the face with it.
in her notes, she actually wrote this:
"after you type in the name, click on the "ENTER' button which is at the bottom of the page under the third coloumn (must scroll down)"
and i have to wait for her to write this dumbshit before i can continue with my presentation.
then i told her to try it for herself because the best way to learn something is to DIY. she said she'll be fine, she didn't need me to sit with her and she'll ask me for help if she gets stuck. well, she keeps getting stuck, and telling me that she missed a step when i was training her.
so i'd point at her notes, show here where she wrote down the step, and remind her to use the hardcopy printout because it's going to be easier to read than her crazy notes are. no, she'd rather use her crazy notes.

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
i don't know why she needs to write where the ENTER button is. i can't imagine someone who uses a compluter every day to be this tech-unsavvy.
i just wish she'd STFU and try using the flipping point-and-click system without having to write it all out as if she's special needs.
