So, it's a good question, but you didn't say what kind of birth you are looking for.
IMO Cedars has doctors all over the board. Cedars has also started having midwives on the delivery floor. Still, their cesarean rate is really high, but they are working on being more friendly to unmedicated births. IT DEPENDS GREATLY on who your doctor is and how they perceive birth.

Dr. Paul Crane and his partner Dr. Anthony Chin, and Midwife Debbie Frank (who has privileges there just like a doctor), Dr. Jessica Schneider, and others that are not in my brain this morning.

I strongly suggest bringing a doula onto your team. She will be able to help you navigate the whole process and support you and you partner during the birth, and be a resource after.
