I hope everyone is feeling a little better today!

I have a question for you too- I remember you saying you used FSA to buy sperm. I can't find this anywhere, only can find storage costs. Did it change, or just not commonly published? Do you know?

Re: *2brides*

  • ::butting in:: It's pretty common, I did the same thing.  I think it's under "infertility treatment".  I submitted the receipt from the sperm bank and was reimbursed with no questions asked.

  • nice! I can't find it listed anywhere. C took out the full FSA because I thought it was covered and now I can't find it :) Hopefully there won't be any issues!

  • We never had issues with getting the money back and did it over 2 FSA years (2004/2005.) I never heard that anything has changed, so you should be okay.  Good luck!

You'll be fine.  Just to be super safe make sure the receipt is made out in her name since she can only claim her own expenses.
