What is she talking about "good to have hair again"?  SHe has ALWAYS had short hair.  So weird.  And yeah, it looks awful but the photo is terrible.  Almost like People wanted it to look bad.

All the college pictures I've seen of her it was short.  Then again, I consider short shoulder length so maybe its just me.
