We ordered wall stickers (polka dots) for Ben's room back in October. We finished the nursery shortly before he was born, in December. The dots looked great!
Shortly after Ben was born, we noticed every now and then a sticker would fall off and we would just stick it back on. By about March they were just peeling back and not sticking at all.
I was still recovering and dealing with a fussy baby, so decorations were not my top priority. I'm finally caught up with everything around here and I got around to emailing the company (mygrowingchild.com) that we bought them from- almost 10 months later!! I didn't expect them to do anything for me, since they were purchased so long ago. Well, not only did they offer a full refund and sincere apologies, but they also explained that they have since switched to a different type of material that sticks better. So I opted to try the new dots, since we like the look so much in lieu of a refund. They are making up a new batch for me for free, sending them priority and told me I could keep the ones I already have, since some of them are still useful. They were so kind, understanding and professional. I wanted to spread the word about their great customer service. Also, the variety of their products is great and their prices are too. If you're looking for any decor for your nursery, give them a try!
