So, Maddie's checkup went well

I was concerned because at 6+ mo., she was still only rolling back-to-tummy, never tummy-to-back.  (Poor thing is cursed--DH and I both have strong lower bodies but very weak arms, which she inherited.  Tummy time is hell for her.)  Her ped said maybe we could look at physical therapy; she wouldn't necessarily recommend it, but if we were really worried it was one option.

DD was noodling around on the exam table, tearing off pieces of the paper cover and slapping the wall and babbling to herself/us, and DH said, "Try putting her on her tummy now."  I told him I was sure that she wasn't going to spontaneously roll from tummy to back right there in the office.

Yep.  You guessed it.  Pushed her head and chest up off of the exam table, looked around, smiled, and rolled right over.  My relief was the only thing that kept me from being annoyed at DH for being so smug.

Everything else is good.  Her head keeps measuring small, which is odd because DH and I agree that her head doesn't look out of proportion.  Still 90% for height, which she has been since birth.

Got the green light to SLOWLY reintroduce dairy into my diet.  (She was allergic to cow's milk, so I had to eliminate it completely.)  That's a relief.
