I also love Yolanda, the Dyson customer service rep. On Tuesday I couldn't get the brush to turn. I had people coming over and I was contemplating vacuuming the entire house with the mini stair attachement brush. It would have been a nightmare. But I called the customer service number and Yolanda walked me through taking the thing apart, lifting out the spin brush and then setting it back in its place. It worked! I guess they sometimes just get knocked out of place by a teensy tiny bit and don't spin. So Yolanda is my new BFF and my Dyson and I have grown closer through the experience.

Kohl's carries them too. If you can get a 30% off coupon or on Kohls cash (if you already shop there).
Lowe's also has them on sale sometimes too. Open a cc and get a 10% discount.
