Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Back to the doctors I go
Ever since NYE when I was in the ER, I've had a bit of chest tightness. I do have asthma and severe allergies, but this is a bit crazy. The inhalers help to a certain degree, but I need a nebulizer treatment, and I'm going to look into getting one for my house for these types of situations.
It hurts when I take deep breaths first thing in the morning, but after I've had tea and eaten something it's better. Weird.
