have you had a facial peel?
I just had one yesterday for the first time and it looks like I got punched in face - the areas around my eyes are all red. it's a good thing I don't plan on leaving the house today.

Re: have you had a facial peel?
per google:
A chemical peel is a treatment in which an acid solution is used to remove the damaged outer layers of the skin. Typically administered as a facial peel, a chemical peel enhances and smoothes the texture of the skin. It is an effective treatment for facial blemishes, wrinkles, and uneven skin pigmentation.
if she were to do it hard-core, apparently I'd be peeling for about a week, but I have a job interview tomorrow so I told her to tone it down. I'm hoping makeup hides the redness.
oh yikes! it did burn a bit, that wasn't pleasant. I really hope I don't look like a freak tomorrow, or a victim of domestic abuse.
I knew 1 girl back in college that did this and it looked like she had a layer of plastic on her face for a few weeks. She was older, in her late 30's.
Joy - that sounds miz.
You should be fine. When I had microderm the first time, I thought I looked like I had road rash all over my face, but it was a millon times better after a few hours.
Nope. I saw Sex in the City where Samantha gets it done and has to wear a widows vail to cover her face.
Yes, I belive everything I see on TV. ::snort:::
H+Ps friend!
here's a pic sans makeup:
That doesn't look that bad. I think make up will cover it up just fine.
