Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Dine and Dash is AWESOME!!!

Although I am tired as b@lls today bc I stayed up working out, I feel great. I love that we report in and that Karrey added the "Yesterday" part to D&D. It felt so good to tell you all I followed my plan yesterday.

I know we just started, but since then I have actually thought about my food choices. I decided not to get dessert at dinner bc I didn't need it and would have to add it on to D&D to you all. And instead of finding an excuse not to workout, I just did it bc I said I would. So far this is working out great! Now, just to stick with it ...

  • I second the addition of the "yesterday" part.  I was planning on fessing up to my changes, but it really does help me to stay on track knowing that I was going to have to be accountable to someone for my actions (or lack thereof).
  • Glad you girls like it.  I added it today because I know that sometimes things change (they do for me ALL the time) and it was the best way I could think of to have to "fess up" lol.
  • Agree w pp! Right now, my main focus is on my workout, but this is making me think about what I'm eating, too!  I'm terrible at writing it all down, but if I can get the workout thing going and feel good about myself-that's important! AND... that there are so many of us doing it!
