I noticed you're a fan of swagbucks on fb. Is it worth it to you? I signed up a few days ago and only have 17. It's going to take me forever to get anything because I'm no emilykate and don't whore out referrals.
Re: bmom
I only have 12, and I signed up a month or so ago?
I sign up for a bunch of these points-for-internetting things, and eventually, they pay off. The best I've found are MyPoints and eRewards - those add up really fast, without a lot of effort on my part. Though I prefer the Swagbucks search and toolbar to the MyPoints.
I have no one to refer, either (though PM me your email, and I'll refer you to MyPoints if you want.), so my buildup is slow. But pretty much anything I can do surveys or clicky emails for works for me - I also do Inbox Dollars, and that's slow earning, but since all I have to really do is click on emails, I do okay.
I never buy anything online, either. I'm too picky. I don't think I want to sign up for another one though because if I split my searching up between the two I'll earn even less.
Last year I made a whole $70 on mturk in like 3 days, though. That was pretty cool, but mturk has sucked since last summer and now I can't earn anything.
What is inbox dollars?
See, I shop online constantly, so MyPoints is awesome for me.
Inbox Dollars sends surveys and email ads to your inbox. You click on the ads, and you earn a little reward. Take the survey, you might make 50 cents. You can also rack up rewards with them by completing offers, but that requires spending money to make money, which isn't my goal.
eRewards is just surveys, but you can make up to $10 in eRewards currency for one survey - and then you can turn it into giftcards for things like Borders books and Amazon and stuff.
