Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

For those with foot tattoos -
I know its going to hurt like a b!tch if I get tattooed there, but how is the recovery? Am I going to have to skip jogging for a few days or will it not hurt to walk/jog?

I was actually told to avoid socks and shoes for atleast a week if at all possible. Not too mention depending on what you use for ointment - it may stain your socks.
I personally would skip the jogging for a few days - you're adding unneeded friction to a raw area. Let it heal first and play it by ear.
