I'd actually say I'm between #1 and #2. I definitely don't bring an outfit for everynight but I do bring a few everytime we go on vacation, unless we are sharing a room with people :P

i'm between 2 and 3, though i voted for 2.  i bring something (generally just one) and may or may not end up wearing it.  usually not b/c it's too cold!  so i know where you're coming from

I am between #1 & #2. I totally understand what you mean. Even at home, sometimes I like to dress something cute and sexy in bed but it's so freakin cold so i end up wearing my nice and comfy pjs :-).

somewhere between 1 and 2 although honestly we are such beach people i tend to go more for the very teeny bikinis that hubby really likes watching me paddle around in-plus we tend to be morning/afternoon schedules on vacation so sometimes the lingerie is wasted even when i wear it-after a day of surfing and an evening cocktail we sometimes just CRASH tmi hope not

LOL!  Adam bought me lingerie for my b-day (more for him huh?) so I figured I would wear it on his b-day (a few days later).  I only had the thing on for a matter of 3 mintures...I think it was a waste of $$ personally.  I guess if it was a silky slip thingy that would be a different story since you can be comfy in it while being sexy.

It depends where and what kind of vacation.  If we're staying with friends or family, probably not.  If it's a "just us" romantic getaway, then most likely.  I'm kind of cheap and lazy when it comes to lingerie, though...

I guess it depends on what constitutes lingerie.  I love sleeping in slinky cute nighties every night (for me....makes me feel pretty!) so I always have those.  As for anything racy, I have a hard time finding anything that my boobs will fit in.  Which is why I stick to the slinky, slip type nighties.  I got some really cute ones at my bridal shower that I wore after the wedding in Kauai but haven't since....maybe it's because I gained 20 pounds!  Since you reminded me though, myabe I'll try them on since I'm back to the same pre-wedding size.

Haha, I voted for the last one. I don't really do lingerie in particular. The only time I brought lingerie on a trip was our honeymoon. I pack so much already anyway. But I do like cute lacy/stringy underwear/bras and it's pretty much all I wear as everyday underwear, so I usually lounge around in that already if it's not too cold (since I'm already wearing it), so I guess I don't really find reason to invest in additional lingerie that I would actually have to change into. Although that habit is eventually going to have to change with kid(s) on the way...

I voted for the last one. I actually NEVER wear lingerie. I did when we were first dating, but eventually I realized that DH would rather just see me nekkid. LOL he's just really not into undies at all, and since I'm not especially either it works out rather well.

I agree, it's on for 5 seconds and then it's on the floor... I bought a nice slinky dress for our honeymoon (or our wedding night) and I had to make an effort to put it on... and then it came right off :P  So yeah, it's usually sleeping in the buff on vacation anyway.

I used to buy all kinds of cute stuff, but then I realized that MH has the exact same reaction to boy shorts and a tank top, so... money well saved, I guess!

Still, sometimes I'll buy a little slinky thing just to keep him on his toes.

I definitely count little slips as lingerie -- that's my favorite kind because they're actually comfortable!  I have only one little teddy-ish and garters thing, but haven't worn it in years.  It made the trip to Maui with me but never made it out of my suitcase! 

As for being a waste of money...well, MH likes me to keep them on.    Now if only he would turn down the damn air conditioning we could get somewhere!

I am more of a nice bra and panties gal that actual lingerie...and for the most part we sleep in the au naturel (except now that that it's FREEZING)...

That said, I do tend to show more skin when we're vacationing in Hawaii...lots of tanks and sarongs...which I only wear around the house at home.
