Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

XP: Firefox/Java issues...can someone help me?
I'm not able to click on some links (including comments and a student
loan payment link!). I've tried uninstalling Firefox and Java and
reinstalling them (plus restarting the computer) but it's not working.
Any techies have any ideas? I'll be forever grateful!

We've had issues with Firefox on both Vista and Windows 7. I even had the Java issues the other day on the Windows 7. I got so upset I just removed it and started using IE, haven't had a problem since.
FWIW, I have heard of this happening A LOT. We're not alone!
