Belly Dancing Class

I know belly dancing was mentioned on here in the past but I forget who mentioned it.  Any way, I have a friend who is looking for classes in the city, any recommendations?

I thought of joining Shockra Studios for their belly dancing or pole dancing classes. I hear it's a great workout and the classes and smaller and more personalized.

I am also interested in belly dancing classes (in Manhattan)!  Is anyone else?  It would be fun to have a belly dancing buddy!

Hi!  I teach bellydance classes, but I am in Queens.  My website has all my classes on it - www.danielabellydance.com/classes.

 As far as classes in the city, there are so many, but I would recommend Serena Studios.  I did not learn there, but they seem to turn out the most pro dancers in the area, so you know what they teach is good stuff!

Ok, thanks! I'll pass the info along.  I'm still recovering from my c-section so any sort of belly movement is in the very far future!

I love belly dance class. I go on Saturdays and Mondays at Bamboo Moves in the Bronx (where I live and work). It's a great work out and so so much fun!
