I switched to Albertsons instead of Publix this week and we got so many good deals on groceries there. For example...they had Tyson chicken tenderloins buy one, get TWO free! In addition to the normal buy one, get one free meat they have from their butcher shop. It's a good option for those of us who want to save money but don't want to shop Walmart!

I waa going to ask how everyone like Albertson's I've never shopped there. Hows the meat??
The Albertson in Winter Park on 17-92 by Fairbanks is also closing and their having a HUGE sale.
My husband told me that once. He used to go to the one in Winter Park for all the work functions b/c it was in the same area of his old job and he didn't care for it. I've never really shopped in Albertsons. I went to one today (Winter Park) didn't seem that bad for a last minute errand at work. (We had a Thanksgiving Luncheon! YUM!)
Guess I'll keep looking for options! (Looking forward to Aldi)
I just don't go to any other grocery stores besides Publix. The rest in my area are all gross and they just don't feel right.
I go to the Publix on 436 in Altamonte or the one in Maitland b/c it is right next to work. I have gone to Winn-Dixie and Albertsons in a huge bind, but I always hate it when I am there.
I love the fact that Publix doesn't demand you have one of their "cards" like at Albertsons.
Seems like so many companies are going under -- it is nuts!
Actually when I was there today they said they got rid of their membership cards over a year ago. Shows how often I go to Albertsons!
