Morning. I was up 330-7 then back to sleep i went until 9, so here i am. I swear there must have been a 3 ring circus or something really entertaining going in my belly. We saw a great house last night. Nick walked around looking or a problem and cannot find one.
We already have 5 houses scheduled for tonight and our realtor wants us to still go so we can compare plus he said wed prob want a 2nd viewing of the other house first. We just love it. It just needs new carpet in the basement because a builder is selling it so it was never put in.
Good morning, I just woke up about one hour ago...and I could seriously go right back to bed. LOL.

Details? As far as the carpeting, that can always wait depending on the rest of the house layout and isn't a HUGE expense. Most basements around here aren't finished to that extent, even.
Good afternoon! My internet was down all morning so I had to go home and work because I had a huge project to finish. Thankfully I got it all done in time and the internet is back up. Yay for Friday!
