How are you doing with the challenge this week?  I am proud of myself in that I have stuck with writing everything I eat down and counting calories.  I haven't worked out as much as I would have liked (stupid fibro) but I just started some new meds so hopefully by next week, I'll be back at it!

I just wanted to check in and see how you were doing with it!

    Writing stuff down is a *great* idea, I wish I had thought of that. I have been doing pretty good. I will admit that the other night... :::::cough LAST NIGHT cough::::: I ate almost an entire pizza by myself (medium sized) but I worked out like a crazy lady and I'm pretty confident that it won't end up throwing me off.

    I have been doing some great workouts. In the morning, depending on my mood I will either do my Energy Balance Yoga dvd or I'll just put on my iPod and a pretty hip scarf and do some belly dancing. In the evenings I use Skype/webam and work out with my BFF who lives in Colorado. We are using the Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd and it is kicking my asss lol!

    Other than that ::::cough ENTIRE cough::::: pizza last night, everything has been great. No soda now going on 8 days HOORAY!

    I'm sorry to hear about your fibro, I really hope those meds work for you.

    What types of workouts do you do?

  • I've been doing the 30 Day shred but I'm not sure I'll last 30 days without throwing one of my weights through the TV.  I can't stand to hear JM talk!

    I have a yoga DVD but I'm not really a fan of it.  It does flow well at all!

    Thankfully, I've got Exercise TV on demand so I've got a quite a selection of workouts to choose from for free!
