Wendy's baked potato and chili sound really good today, although I will admit that I haven't been able to order chili in a restaurant since the Wendy's finger incident. I know it was a hoax, but I can't get the image out of my head.

I just bought some quinoa for the first time the other day. I haven't made it yet. Any recipes to share?

This is only the second time I"ve made it. This time I added some italian seasonings to the water as it simmered and green peas towards the end of cooking. Then I drizzle teriyaki over it. H likes salt, pepper and olive oil.
It needs something sweet so you might try doing a pistachio and craisin addition.
On it's own it tastes like brown rice. Kind of boring. But it's a super food so it'll help with my diet.
Yeah, I saw them but I'm no help. Taco Bell is pretty much the only fast food I eat since I don't do meat & they have bean things. Though BK now carries Morning Star Farms burgers too.
