Mechanic recs in OC?

I usually go to Meineke/Econo Lube, but in case they try to rip me off on what it will cost to get my brake pads/rotors whatever done, I want to be able to get another quote and possibly go elsewhere.

Anyone have a mechanic they trust?  South OC preferrably, but as far north as Irvine is ok too.

 I have been going there since I got my license (so 14years)  They are great.  Very trust worthy.  My mom has been going there for a little longer than that.

Shelly and Cort - thank you, but both of them said they don't do appointments and that it gets really crowded on Saturday mornings.  =(
