I've asked the same thing. They're extremely stubborn. MIL has begged their daughters to try and intervene, but until something happens, they won't do anything. And short of taking away their car keys (which she's tried), there's nothing MIL can do. (If it makes it any better, she doesn't drive.)
so, until they forget they're in a car and drive off the road, or seriously hurt (or god forbid, kill) someone or themselves, the family won't do anything?
that's scary.
speaking from experience, getting someone's license pulled is a PITA and nearly impossible.
We wer elucky we convinced gramps to do it...eventually. Even now he believes we cheated him though.
