Boudoir Photographer Recommendation?

It's our 5 year anniversary in July and I think I'm going to be brave and do them.  : )

I did them with Teness Herman and it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend her. I know Eric Cable also does them but I knew I wouldn't be as comfortable with a man doing the shoot. It seems this is a genre of photography that has become quite popular and a lot of photographers have popped up. You might check out Yelp or PortlandPicks.

I have too, but have always been too chicken.  : )  I was hoping that people here had some good photographer recs that I'll be comfortable with.  There are a lot in the area, and it's hard to narrow them down.

I heard of a Valentine's Day special for boudoir with Kim + Phil photo.  I think maybe it's $200-250? 

Kate Kelly does them too, but more expensive for sure.

booooo I have the best rec ever but she's back in MI how exciting though!!! I had them done and LOVEEEE how they turned out! i was super chicken too, but i brought one of my close friends with me who helped me out and was there for support...just made me feel a lot better! good luck!

You'll feel great after taking the plunge...I did them for out 1st anniversary....sorry can't give a recommendation.  I was part of a nestie group that flew in a photog for a weekend of sessions!

That's so exciting!!  I hope that by this summer for our 3rd anniversary I will have dropped some weight so I can do them.  I've been wanting to for a long time, but I think I'd be happier if I was a little smaller first.

Ha, I had always thought the same thing!  Not lose weight, but to get the abs I want.  So I'm busting my butt to do it now since I've got a few months before I'll need to get them done.

I used Chea and she was great. She's in Eugene, but it was definitely worth the drive. It was very inexpensive too. I got the session and a hardback book for $325 and the pics were beautiful.

I don't have a suggestion since I did the same thing as kristinp36 and flew in an out of state photographer, but I can say that it is a lot of fun and huge ego boost!  Even though I'm flabby and nowhere near my ideal weight, I felt like a million bucks after my photoshoot.  Have a blast!
