Is this brunch appropriate?

For a baby shower/sprinkle in a couple weeks I am serving brunch at 11:30.
Would this salmon spread work for brunch & with the menu below?

I've never had it but it sounds delish!


Menu so far (still to be finalized):
an egg/croissant/veggie casserole (Or should I just buy mini-frozen quiche)
probably some kind of potatoe side dish
a yogurt parfait bar with fruit & granola
bite sized maple sausage
cucumber/cream cheese sandwiches
cupcakes


Since I'm not done finalizing the menu feel free to suggest something.

That sounds really good!  I think the salmon spread would work, and I'd do a quiche instead of the casserole.  The parfait bar sounds great.  What type of potatoes were you thinking of doing?

Mini hash browns or fried potatoes with bell peppers would be good for your potato side dish.

I don't eat fish, but it seems logical in your menu.  I did a parfait bar for a mother's day brunch I did for my mom and MIL 4 years ago and it was a HUGE hit that is still talked about whenever doing a brunch is discussed in the family.
