Beautiful day to roller blade at Mission Bay

Wow finally some great shorts weather. What a great day to roller blade at Mission Bay. It was not too crowded and alot of fun. What do you do on a beautiful day like today?

I didn't think rollerbladers existed anymore!  I go a few times a week, to a different spot each time, and my husband rides his bike while I skate.  I only see maybe one skater the entire time I'm out!  Have you tried any other spots in SD?  I don't particularly like MB because you can't get a good speed going with all the bumps.  Silver Strand is good, and I love the view on the boardwalk from PB to MB, but it's usually way to crowded there!

DH went on a run along the coast in Carlsbad and I took a nice walk in the same area. We then had breakfast at a local place. It was such a beautiful morning & day.

I do not know of any other places to skate. If you hear of any post them I would be interested. I bet it is difficult to stay with your husband on his bike in the crowd maybe not so much on the bay side.

This site has a lot of places around SD you can rollerblade.  I've only checked out a few, but hope to see them all at some point!
