LOL, I was just coming over to the board to post an update! We did make an offer! We will find out today whether the seller accepts!
And which one did we put an offer in on...? The one that we thought we lost out on last week!
I think I mentioned on the board that the buyer's financing fell through, and as of the end of last week, the property was back on the market.
We had a very productive and educational afternoon looking at 6 other units, in a total of 3 complexes, none of which were as good for us as that original unit we really liked. So we felt really comfortable making an offer.
I'm so excited and nervous!!! They have until 5:00 today to respond!!
