Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

This is what I do
1) put picture on Photobucket (or if you use shutterfly that works)
2) copy direct link (the http: one)
3) go to tinyurl.com
4) past it in the spot to make a link
5) copy that last part (after the tinyurl.com/whatever-this-says
(tinyurl now lets you label it, for his photo I labeled it 4 months old so it looks like this:
**if you dont have a pic in your siggy right now then copy and past the entire thing from http to the end into your community bio
