I pulled an EmilyKate this weekend.
I stocked up on meat.
$1.67 a pound for top round - i bought 4 london broils, a roast, and 5 steaks. it's all separated in individual packaging and frozen, so i wasn't completely under 1000 this weekend. but still.
this is perfect weather for stews and roasts, and i am a sucker for a sale.
also done this weekend: i cleaned dog poo out of the yard, and got part of it ready for my garden. then on sunday i worked 5 hours from home for some sweet OT.
the end.
Re: I pulled an EmilyKate this weekend.
I stocked up on meat this weekend as well. They had family packs of chicken for super cheap...also ground beef and ground turkey were on sale. I probably have 2-3 weeks worth of meat in my deep freeze.
Now it's time to find creative recipes for all my meat.
I love a good sale too, and YAY for OT.
I don't think I've talked about myself in a while.
1. I joined a fitness group with my church this weekend.
The Divine Divas. Love the name.
It goes until April 3. I should do a before/after pictures. The group leader seems pumped and she has already called and emailed me. Y'all know I need someone on my back.
2. I'm finally going to San Fran in March. I was suppose to go with "that guy" two years ago, but it didn't happen.
3. My sis is about a second away from breaking up with her bf, and I haz a sad for her.
4. I'm starting to like Desperate Housewives again.
I think that's about it for now.
