How was everyone's weekend?
Re: It's Monday!
Friday night we watched The Hangover - Seth had seen it before but I hadn't. It was so funny! I bought the unrated version so some parts were pretty crude, but I still found it hilarious. Has anyone seen it and did you like it?
Saturday I worked, and I was supposed to work Sunday too but I called in sick. I've had a terrible cold for about a month now! It got better for a while, but on Saturday it started acting up again and I couldn't get my nose to stop running or stop coughing, and I don't think anyone wants a nurse like that taking care of them! I was lazy in the morning and in the afternoon we went to a friends house to watch the game. Seth was really sad the Packers lost but it was a good game. When we got home I convinced Seth to watch Dirty Dancing with me (he had never actually seen it!) and then we called it a night.

My weekend was pretty chill as I recouped from the week long project of painting my kitchen cabinets. We spent some time running around looking for new hardware to put on the cabinets, so there's still a little bit left before the whole thing is really done.
Sunday we had dinner with DH's family and watched the nailbitting Cards game.
Our weekend was busy but good. We were supposed to go to a wedding in Sierra Vista but did not end up going. We went to Gilbert and picked up a new Trundle bed for the house. We also got the bedding and such to go with it. I tell you what, after hanging out and touring the East Valley this weekend, I am re-thinking where I want to buy a house...
Sunday, we brought the boys to get their haircuts, and looked around for new shirts for our Photo session with Nia in Feb. When we got home, I started my chicken corn chowder and we watched the games. My husband was a bit grumpy since the Pats lost but he got over it when I agree'd to watch Transformers 2 with him!
Our weekend was pretty good, nothing too terribly exciting.
Friday, we went to the San Tan Mall, and got a new i pod for DH, and I picked up a couple things at Sephora. We grabbed a bite at Red Robin, and headed home.
Saturday we seriously lounged around all day. I finished the book I was reading (Water For Elephants--which I loved), and that was about it. Just hung out, and napped.
Sunday, we went to church, then grocery shopping. I finally took down the Christmas tree. Now DH just needs to put it away in it's box & in the storage unit. That was about it. Pretty exciting, huh?
Mine was ok
We went to Chelsea's Kitchen for Dinner on Friday night and I baked a carrot cake.
Saturday I got up at 6 to frost the cake (my sis hosted a bday party for my BIL) and then went to work slinging wedding invites.
Sunday chilled. Did laundry. Went and saw my neice!
