Confession IHO under1000
I tried her tortilla recipe, one rainy weekend that I didn't feel like going to the grocery store. (I only had all purpose flour, though, so it wasn't authentic EK with white wheat flour and fermented bacteria)
And I like it. And I'll use it again.

It's tortillas. How bad can she screw it up?
Of course, I'd use lard - then they're super-tasty, and really, really cheap. Terrible for you, but occasionally, that's worth it.
