Look how many still have the tags on.
So many people I know with kids says they have so many clothes their babies only wear each outfit once. My question is, even if they're shower gifts, why don't you just return some of them?
In related news, my mom is a certifiable shopaholic and often buys baby clothes when they're cute and cheap. She once counted 86 brand new baby outfits at her house. This was 3 years ago. She still has no grandchildren.
Wow. You know, she could give those to a SAFE house and make some moms feel very lucky. Or they can sit in her closet collecting dust and being unused for the next X amount of years.
Good gracious, that is a lot of clothes.
Also, I'm not sure if I'm bothered more by an unattended baby about to fall to her death or injury or the materialism that led to this picture being taken. "Who cares about cute pictures of the baby? Let's document all this crap we've bought!"
I just a friendly gal looking for options.
If she needs that many clothes, then she needs a bigger space for them. Look at them, all jammed in like that. Gives me the willies.
Wow...That's a lot of frickin' outfits.
Also, anytime I see naked baby pics like that, I wonder "What if the kid pees/poops?" I guess the joke's on the parents then.
NOLA, I have often told her that one day I'd find her dead under a pile of all the crap she buys "to use as gifts." She's also a neat freak/germophobe, so while her closets are stuffed to the gills, she knows exactly where everything is, and the house is spic-and-span clean.
I do have a ton of baby-making cousins, so the 86 outfits have probably all found homes by now, though I have no doubt that they've been replaced with just as many if not more new ones.
Daggone. I wonder what's in the drawers.
The only thing hanging in 6let's closet is his baptism outfit. I'd hate to have to pick from that many outfits.
