1) The Big Carl (Carl Jr's version of the Big Mac) IS BETTER than the Big Mac. And I love Big Macs.

2) Spanks to you guys for all the props for fostering. I am a big weenie and already love Ax and know I will cry when he leaves. If he left today, I would cry. See, I'm a weenie.

3) Confession: We are slightly selfish about fostering because the fosters entertain Jake, who has a Ph.D. from PetsMart.

I have been craving a Western Bacon Crispy combo with onion rings from Carl's Jr. for a YEAR AND A HALF!

related confession: I was absolutley stoked when I found out they had Carl's Jr here. Also, they are building a Jack in the Box and I squeed when I saw that.

I'm three pounds under my goal weight and I am acting like I am emaciated with all of my food thoughts. You'd think I'd been starved.

I wanted some Del Taco so bad when I was out in CA, but instead we had organic pizza, which turned out to be the shizz. I've never eaten at a Carls but it's owned by the same people that own Hardees, which has good food (in a fast food competition, not to be compared to Big Daddy's or the like), so I imagine Carl's is pretty tasty

The big Carl almost made me puke. It was WAY too much food for one sitting. So gross. I ate maybe a third of it.
