I wanted to say THANK YOU! I went to my first midwife's appointment on Friday last week. It was awesome. She reiterated basically what I said/wanted, and had the same mindset. In big letters in my chart she wrote "NATURAL BIRTH: NO INTERVENTIONS, NO EPIDURAL". She made me feel so at ease about everything I had been thinking about and wanted. So I feel like making the switch at 23 weeks was a good idea, and I'm confident that I'll have a birth I can walk away from saying "I did good and it was what I wanted".
