s/o frozen cake...
Ok, this is a test for all of you ladies who grew up here.
Anyone remember when Texas had its sesquicentennial (150) birthday and Prince Charles came and cut "The World's Largest" cake they baked? My mom went down there and brought back tons of it and we saved it and ate it for at least a couple of weeks.
I was 7 years old and I can still taste the cake. It had whipped cream frosting which I was not smart enough to think was gross. Actually, having a huge cake with all of those people milling about getting their germs on it was gross, too. Whatevs.

I grew up in Austin, but have no memory of that whatsoever!
For the record, I think whipped cream frosting is deeeelicious.

Oh, no, no. Its fine. My crickets and I remember the cake, and the crickets are well aware that cream cheese frosting is da bomb and whipped cream is its ugly step-sister.
