As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Quick BM Question for Moms
I have bm stored in the freezer that I need to use while on the go tomorrow. It will have to be given to Anna in the car (from my mom, not while we drive, i have an appointment). Do I just put it in the fridge tonight, pour into a bottle in the am, and keep it in a cooler? Of course I froze the newer stuff last night without thinking that I needed some for tomorrow- and have the fear that I won't be able to pump enough tonight to have fresh that I know what to do with. TIA!
