Final interview :P
Oh my lovely ones. . .
I just completed what should absolutely be my FINAL interview for the job! It went really well, and the lady remembered me from my internships 10 years ago, and was so happy to reconnect with me and see how well I've done in my career. She said that if I am not offered this job for any reason (she's not the decision maker, she's just going to give them her opinion), that she would like me to keep in touch with her, because she believes she'll be able to find something else for me by the time I move! She also told me that they have narrowed it down to 2 of the 3 candidates, and I am obviously one of them!
I am so grateful and so relieved right now. Even if I don't get this job, I have made some great connections in that area, and I know that something will work out in the end.
Thanks for bearing with me, ladies! I'm out of the office all day in a meeting tomorrow, so I'll "see" you all on Thursday!
