An order form for Girl Scout cookies is sitting on our front counter at work. I heard they're not supposed to start selling until Friday, but one of our secretaries always sets out her daughter's form a couple days early.
Mmmm.....Thin Mints.....drool
Re: It's that time again!
How much are they going for this year? (Not that it matters...I'll buy 4-5 boxes of Tagalongs / "Peanut Butter Patties" regardless.
)
Yea, the guys here at work who's step-daughter sells them has already brought in the form, I only ordered 3 (I say only because I usually order at least 7 from her) because M said there's a couple guys at work who's daughters are selling them this year and he wants to buy some from them.
I love me Samoas(sp?) and Tag-a-longs (though I think these have changed a bit since I was a GS, they taste different to me).
Same here. When I sold them years ago they were only $2.50/box.
YA! Same here! I think mine were even $2 / box.
AND, there were more cookies in the boxes! lol
SD is selling them. My favs are the trefoils, thin mints, choc covered pb ones, and the newer ones-mix of trefoil and choc. UGH!!!
$3.50 out here...
SD is taking them to her cousin (who goes to Lehigh) and trying to sell them there! Fab idea! College students LOVE cookies...
Glad I'm not a fan of shredded coconut!
I just can't allow myself to eat it LOL! Any type of ice cream that has something in it (cookies, marshmallows, chocolate chips) is a big downfall for me, so I try not to have it in the house. I keep digging to find more things in the ice cream and end up eating the whole thing in one sitting.
But, I'm sure it's delicious!!!
OMG yes!!! I wish someone at work had a duaghter that sold them. Or even that kids came around the neighborhood selling them. I have to wait till the cookies are in and they are selling the extras infront of Wal-Mart.
Nonetheless, I will buy a ton!! I love Samoas, Thin Mints and Trefoils. DH loves Thin Mints too.
I do agree with pp though. Their cookies have changed since I was younger. I remember going around door to door selling hundreds of boxes so I could be the top seller. The cookies were better then, more per box, and cheaper. But w/e, they're delicious and I will buy them. Although for Christmas my mom bought me a knock off samoa and it was awesome.
This!
