I need house dust!!!!
So after much deliberation, we have decided to make an offer on the house. We are offering $13,800 less than what they are asking as we do not believe the appraisal to be accurate. I really appreciate all the feedback we got on here. We know the house is small but we can add on so easily and inexpensively that we really think this will be a great move for us.
Our agent is bringing the offer to the seller's agent as I type. The seller's agent claims that there is another offer on the property so we'll see what happens. Please send any house dust my way. I can't wait to be done with renting!!!!
