Need housing rental in NE Austin
My sister is is trying to find a house to rent in NE Austin and I wanted to check here to see if anyone is aware of anything. She has a REAgent who is giving her MLS stuff, but she isn't having much luck and so many of the pictures aren't "accurate". 
She'd love to buy, but her credit probably wouldn't tolerate that right now.
She is looking for a 3- bedroom detached SF home for under $900. It doesn't need to be fancy or have a big yard, but with her four kids apt living wouldn't work out.
TBH, she doesn't have the best rental history ever, but that's something she's been trying to fix for awhile.
