Scrapbook Store w/ Public Die Cut?

I think I remember somebody saying there is a scrapbooking store somewhere that will let you use a die cut machine. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Re: Scrapbook Store w/ Public Die Cut?

  • more than one, actually. but probably Archiver's. :) technically, you're supposed to use their die cuts only on paper you've bought from them, but it's not something they monitor.
  • Are you thinking Cricut machine? Archivers only has the die cuts that are one size. If you are wanting something different then you are out of luck.

If you don't find what you want there, email me.

  • Thanks, J. I'm needing letters that are a few inches high, so I'm betting the die cut will do, but I'll let you know if it doesn't.
  • got any really good teacher friends?  we have die cut letters machines at school.

  • Teacher Heaven will let you use their Accucut crank-handled die cut machine.  If you bring your own paper, then it's 10 cents per 8x14 sheet, as a kind of rental fee - you just tell them how much paper you brought in.  If you buy their paper, then it is free.  I spent 54 minutes there cutting out things for my Christmas cards this year - worked great and only cost me $2.
