I had the Mr. get me a vanilla milkshake last night
damn lactose intolerance.
It's the only thing I kept down. Of course, my digestive system hates me.
I drank the rest of it for breakfast after I failed at toast. Ithink that's going to be the new diet...
buy ice cream, make milkshakes for 3 meals a day.
Re: I had the Mr. get me a vanilla milkshake last night
Throw some peanutbutter in there and you get a little protein.
Could you drink glucerna? When Mom was in the height of her ... digestive problems its the only thing that kept her strong.
Ensure, not Glucerna <<<this is an edit
I'll ask the midwife tomorrow...
but generally what I can keep down changes on a minute to minute basis.
Although I'd bet my parnts have an extra case of ensure type crap from my grandma...
I'm crossing my fingers for meds tomorrow. Given the weight loss, I'm guessing they'll hand 'em over.
at least you're getting lots of calcium.
i actually made it through a meatloaf sandwich and potato salad yesterday. it was delish, but stuck in my tummy 4-EVAR
i thought this said "i'd bet my pants have an extra case of ensure-type crap from grandma", as in, gbck's grandma pooped onto gbck's pants from eating ensure.
I do need to remember to use 'crap' as a noun sparingly :-P
