My good news is that I am finally back to working out after my gallbladder surgery! It feels so good to be back!!!!

Its my friday! We're taking a 4 day weekend to drive to mississippi to see some wonderful friends! Its the longest road trip DH and I have taken. We're leaving at 6am tomorrow.... can't wait!!

Today is my 29th birthday!!! I'm happy to be closer to 30 than to 20. My Dh teases me that I'm getting old, but I love it!! I'm getting the best birthday gift ever, I'm going to see my baby today!! We're having a big ultrasound today, so I get to spend 45 minutes looking at him. This also means I only have to work half a day!!
Confession - My Christmas lights are still up outside and I still have a Christmas tree decoration on my coffee table. My mom & dad will be here this weekend. I plan on using their help getting everything put up.
ETA: I also fried my laptop battery on Tuesday. My coffee spilled onto my laptop and now my work laptop will not work unless plugged in. So if the cord comes out it dies! I need to look for a new battery when I get to work. I'm thankful it just ruined my battery and not the whole thing.

confession: i've only worked once this week (yesterday). Then, I went and had Wendy's for dinner and ruined it. Sigh.
good news: it's thursday, which means tomorrow if friday and DH's first payday from his new job. I think we're going to feel like rock starts when that shows up in our bank account. Then, Friday also means the weekend is coming, thank goodness. it's been a long long long week and I'm ready for the weekend.

Taking clients to Uchi tonight...yum. Then, a short day tomorrow which goes right into a very long weekend! I've been burning both ends here at work lately, but I have a light load next week for the first time in months. Soooo, I'm not coming back until Thursday! Yahoo!

WOOT! That is awesome! I can't wait to be finished at ACC. We are moving up to Colorado in 3 to 4 years and I am hoping to finish my degree at CSU like my DH did. Congrats!!!!

Thank you so much. I want to cry because I never thought I'd be here at this point today, as corny as it sounds. And keep on trucking Labbie! There were times when I was feeling so downtrodden and wanted to give up but it definitely pays off in the end! I got involved with Student Government, Phi Theta Kappa and a bunch of other things around ACC and it helped me find a support system too, so if you're able to do anything extracurricular there I highly encourage any ACC student to get involved. If anything it helps pass the time lol.
