Oh no!!!
My bills for my recent gall bladder removal are coming in and it looks like I might have to pay my deductible twice because I had surgery on 12/31 but wasn't released from the hospital until Jan 1st. This sucks, it looks like I'm going to have to fight with the insurance company to push it all to 2010. What a crappy way to start a new year!

Ohmygosh!! That really sucks ... I hope they are willing to work with you!
I'd call your insurance. Anything I pay towards my deductible in the last 3 months of the year counts for next year's deductible too

That should be the same stay carried over from 2009! That is crazy! Good luck! don't give up!
